A name or case number entered into a sponsored search widget is transmitted to the provider operating that tool. The provider processes the request under its own practices. This site does not maintain a court-case database or intentionally retain search terms entered into that widget.

It provides routing information for Sherburne County Court Administration, Sherburne County District Court, and Minnesota Court Records Online. It is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not assembled into consumer reports about other people.
